Jill

Owner

Having been in the industry since she was just 15½, Jill brings a lifetime of experience, passion, and leadership to Sarah’s on Central. As the owner, she has created a space centered around community, quality, and creativity. She loves the connections she’s made, the friendships built, and that so many loyal customers have been with us for years—allowing her to be a part of their celebrations along the way. Her favorite menu items include Avocado Toast for breakfast, the Veggie Rice Bowl for lunch, and Shrimp & Grits for dinner. For dessert, she can’t resist the blondie or the gluten-free brownie.



Her husband, Tim, has been incredibly supportive throughout the years, and they have been married for over 22 years. They have three children: Sarah, Ashton, and Ryan.

Montanna

General Manager

With four years at Sarah’s on Central, Montana brings dedication and warmth to every guest experience. Her favorite menu item is the Umm-Burger, and she loves seeing guests’ reactions to our Mega Marys, overflowing with flavor and size, and our flight selections. She especially enjoys making connections with guests and creating memorable moments that keep people coming back.

Hannah

Marketing Manager

With five years at Sarah’s on Central, Hannah loves creating memorable experiences that bring the community together and connecting with guests in meaningful ways. Her creativity shines through events and gatherings, and she enjoys celebrating these moments with an Espresso Martini in hand.

Panda

Head Chef

With nearly 18 years in the industry and almost five at Sarah’s on Central, Chef Panda loves expressing his creativity through bold, flavorful dishes. He enjoys experimenting with new techniques and flavors, bringing a personal touch to every plate. His favorite menu item is the Shrimp & Grits, a dish that perfectly showcases his passion and culinary style.

Sierra

Head Baker

With nearly eight years at Sarah’s on Central, Siearra brings creativity and passion to every dish. She loves experimenting with flavors and especially enjoys crafting plated desserts for special dinner events. Her favorite menu items include the gluten-free grilled chicken parm sandwich and, for dessert, the gluten-free brownie or strawberry macaron.
